4.    Determine quality improvement parameter by identifying the changes.

5.    Preparing reports and reporting it.

6.    Planning targets for the team by coordinating with the manager and the customer.

7.    Ability to identify and solve problem.

8.    Good convincing skill.

9.    Good communication.

10. Good leadership skills.

11. Work closely with the team to understand the project schedules and to ensure the project status meets the time line. 

12. Work with the department involved in the project for the execution of the project. 

13. Monitoring the project and preparing reports for the project managers.
