Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max (Mandatory skill) for creating detailed and accurate exterior models+site Model
• In-depth knowledge of SketchUp (Mandatory skill) for efficient and versatile 3D modeling and visualization.
• Experience with V-Ray (Mandatory skill) for producing high-quality renders and photorealistic images.
• Competence in Revit Architecture for integrating and handling architectural designs and drawings.
• Ability to utilize Blender for advanced 3D modeling and creative design solutions.
• Familiarity with Substance Painter for adding realistic textures and materials to models.
• Experience using Lumion to create dynamic visual animations and landscape designs.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop for editing images and enhancing texture details in models.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create detailed 3D exterior and site models based on architectural drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with architects and designers to ensure accurate representation of project requirements.
• Apply texture, lighting, and rendering techniques to produce high-quality visualizations.
• Conduct project walkthroughs and presentations for clients to visualize completed designs.
• Stay updated with industry trends and new tools to enhance modeling and visualization techniques.
• Work closely with project teams to maintain consistency and meet deliverable deadlines.
• Refine and edit 3D models and renders based on client feedback and project needs.
• Ensure the actuality and precision of model details to foster client satisfaction and project success.
