The duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the concept design and development for a project
Coordinates with Clients / Client Representatives, Statutory Bodies, Team Members & Sub-Consultants to complete the Projects assigned
Prepares Project Plan, Detailing, manages & monitors team members, gives clear direction to members, keeps track of contractual requirements and ensures work as per Project Plan
Meets the Functional Objectives of the Development Department
Maintains required quality standards
Identifies training requirement for the Team Members
Identifies resource requirement
Area of experience required:
Creativity and Communication.
Design Development and detailing.
Autocad and Revit software knowledge.
Must know Elevation.
Must have experience in sketch up.
Should have experience handling large scale projects.
Planning of work & executing in an organized manner.
Knowledge of Statutory Requirements.
Awareness of Design Standards.
Team Formation.
Interaction with Clients.
Minimum 1 years of experience in a related field.
Good Communication in English and Hindi.
Ensuring projects documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective
