 Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-up on calls/leads assigned.

 Answering inbound calls /customer queries related to our services.

 Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational skills with a high productivity rate.

 Exceptional customer service skills.

 Keep records of calls.

Desired Candidate Profile:

 Previous experience in an outbound call center.

 Minimum of 1 years of Tele-sales/Voice based Support experience is mandatory.

 Excellent communication and writing skills in English.

 Excellent communication skill in Hindi.
