Job Title - Business Development Executive
Experience - 1 to 3 years
Work Location - Chetpet, Chennai.
Shift Timing - 4.00 PM - 1.00 AM
Salary - Negotiable based on the experience and performance in the interview.
- Creating new business opportunities and increasing sales & revenue from UK markets.
- Follow-up existing and new clients.
- Pitching products and/or services to potential clients.
- Maintaining a fruitful relationship with existing clients and promoting our services/products.
- Has to collaborate effectively with technical teams on proposals and sales efforts.
- Has to proactively build and enhance a qualified pipeline.
- Has to establish and grow relationships with decision makers.
- Developing sales strategies in conjunction with management to maximize account penetration.
- Manage Social networks of the company and manage email campaigns.
- Good communication skills.
- Active listening skills.
- Strong convincing skills.
- Client handling skills.
- Ability to handle stress and rejection in soliciting clients.
- Flexibility with rotation offs.
- Prior experience in sales/business development/voice process will be preferred.
- Solution oriented with effective problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of various online portals will be an added advantage.
Preferred work experience if any - IT Sales, Inside Sales, International Software Sales, Retail POS industries.
Urdu speaking will be an added advantage.
