Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager - Scrum Master to join our dynamic team at FuelBuddy. As India's first and largest doorstep fuel delivery service, we are committed to delivering safety, control, and convenience to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and ensuring the successful delivery of our products using the Scrum framework. Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field B.tech and B.sc.
• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Scrum Master, preferably in a software development environment
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks, particularly Scrum
• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are a plus
• Experience in product management, backlog management, and release planning
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Serve as the Scrum Master for multiple cross-functional product development teams, facilitating the Agile/Scrum processes and ceremonies
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to identify and prioritize product requirements
• Lead the development and execution of product strategies, roadmaps, and release plans
• Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software releases, managing risks and dependencies
• Coach and mentor team members on agile methodologies, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
• Track and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to drive overall organizational agility and best practices
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in product management and agile methodologies
