Position Reports to
ASM (MDO)
Areas of Responsibilities
• Build good Working relationship among Brokers and Clients
• Understand the core values of the company and its goals
• Research the market and related products for possible business opportunities
• Present the product favorably and in a structured professional way face to face
• Maintain and Develop relationships with channel partners in person and via telephone calls and e-mails
• Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
• Respond to incoming e mail and Phone enquiries
• Act as a contact between our company and its existing and potential markets
• Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals
• Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
• Advise on forth coming product developments and discuss special promotions to the brokers
Educational Qualification
· Any Graduate (Any stream)/PG
Experience
· 2-4 Years
Knowledge & Skills Required
• Strong communication, leadership, customer service, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional planning and organizing skills prioritizing, and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting; flexible, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Demonstrate the ability to exercise broad conceptual judgment, initiative and ability to deal with complex issues.
• Sound proficiency and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
