Job Title: Technical Sales Support Analyst

Location:3rd Floor, Motiaz Royal Business Park,Zirakpur,Punjab,140603

Job Responsibilities: Perform troubleshooting remotely by inbound calls related to printers, router, windows, macOS to our USA & Canadian customers & convert into sales.

Requirements:

*0.6 - 7 yrs technical sales support experience

*Must have experience in taking technical international calls

*Hands on remote access tools eg. anydesk, TeamViewer

*Capable of meeting monthly sales target

Fixed Night Shift 9pm-6am including 1 hour break

Only Work from office (No cabs for temporary)

Sat & Sun off 

Fixed Salary + incentives ( daily, weekly, monthly)
