Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and methodical QA Quality Analyst to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying issues, thoroughly testing software applications, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.

On office Job (Satellite, Ahmedabad)

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze system specifications and requirements
• Develop effective test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements
• Execute manual test cases and analyze results
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
• Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality products
• Report and communicate test results and status to project teams
• Maintain documentation of test results for future reference
• Ensure compliance with QA processes and standards
• Participate in design and requirement review meetings

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of manual testing techniques and QA methodologies
• Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and test plans
• Experience in bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
• Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle)
• Good knowledge of database testing using SQL
• Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Basic understanding of automation testing concepts or tools (e.g., Selenium)
• Exposure to API testing using Postman or similar tools
• Experience testing web and mobile applications

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
