Job Overview

FRUGE IT SERVICES is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Technical Support professional to join our team. As a Technical Support, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and resolving technical issues for our clients. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in technical support or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of technical support processes and procedures
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Experience in handling international technical support and voice processes
• Ability to work night shifts as per business requirements
• Knowledge of customer support tools and software

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot software and hardware problems
• Diagnose and escalate software and hardware issues to appropriate teams
• Guide clients through product installation, configuration, and usage
• Document all customer interactions and solutions in the ticketing system
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product functionality and customer experience
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to provide the best support to clients
