Fresh Prints provides custom apparel and promotional products to Student Groups, Greek Organizations, University Administrations, Intramural Teams, and Individuals with localized sales managers and a growing network of referrals.

This role is perfect for someone with 3+ years of experience in marketing technology, product management, or related roles. For the right person, this role offers an uncapped opportunity. You’ll get the time and support you need to learn, develop professionally, and have a big impact.&nbsp;Description of the Role&nbsp;<ul><li>Manage and optimize our marketing technology stack, including tools like Mixpanel, Iterable, Google Analytics, Jotforms, Sheets, Attentive, Unbounce, etc.&nbsp;</li><li>Integrate data from various sources into our martech stack, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.&nbsp;</li><li>Design and implement automated workflows to streamline processes and improve efficiency.&nbsp;</li><li>Develop and implement marketing attribution models to accurately measure the impact of marketing efforts on business outcomes.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide training and support to marketing teams on martech tools, best practices, and techniques to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency.&nbsp;</li><li>Troubleshoot technical issues with martech tools and ensure their smooth operation. Stay updated on new tool features and updates to optimize their usage.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure effective implementation of martech solutions to help achieve marketing goals.</li><li>Establish clear definitions for accurate and complete data across all touchpoints in the Martech stack.</li><li>Regularly monitor data quality metrics (e.g., missing values, inconsistencies, duplicates) and implement processes to identify and address data quality issues promptly.&nbsp;</li><li>Create detailed maps and documentation outlining how data flows through the martech stack, identifying data sources, transformations, and destinations.&nbsp;</li></ul>Requirements&nbsp;<ul><li>3+ years of experience in marketing technology, product management, or related roles.&nbsp;</li><li>Proficiency in marketing platforms, automation, analytics tools, and data integration solutions.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify inconsistencies, errors, and flow issues, and then develop solutions to address them.&nbsp;</li><li>Basic understanding of APIs, data integration, and data pipelines is an add-on.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing and tech teams.&nbsp;</li><li>Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in data management and analysis.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Super detail-oriented and meticulous with work.</li><li>Strong time management &amp; prioritization skills.</li><li>Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects.</li></ul>Personal Attributes&nbsp;<ul><li>Proactive.
