AM - Retail - This position will oversee all More stores (10 Hypermarkets and 1 Supermarket now)

Experience - 4-6 yrs experience in running PNL for supermarkets, meat retail (like Nandus,       Tendercuts etc ) or QSR resuratants like McD, Pizza Hut etc

Responsibilities:

- Revenue growth

- Cost control

- Overall PNL responsibility

- Inventory control

- Pricing and promotions

- Recruiting, training, supervising, and appraising staff 

- Managing budgets 

- Maintaining statistical and financial records 

- Dealing with customer queries and complaints 

- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation 

- Preparing promotional materials and displays 

- Launching new stores
