Skills
4-6 years of relevant experience in new product research and development, preferably in RTC/ RTE, culinary products.
Market understanding of new trends, Partners/ Vendor relationship, problem solving, process optimization at commercial level and knowledge of scale up.
Strong team player and interact with cross functions.
● Continuously ideate and develop innovative RTC/ RTE product portfolio ( Non-veg)
● Develop new product prototypes at R&D level for culinary based products.
● Continuously build value added new products basket for Indian market.
● Improve / Modify the existing product formulation and standardize the commercialization process.
● Responsible to scale up the new product and standardize the manufacturing process.
● Knowledge of FSSAI standards and norms for cold chain product category.
● Conduct the sensory evaluation of new products.
● Work closely with cross functional teams for the shelf life studies, product specifications, process optimization and legal requirements.
● Maintain the project tracker and adhere to market launches.
