As a Sales Development Manager- SaaS, you will play a critical role in scaling our SaaS offerings by identifying and capturing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for developing strategies to increase revenue, manage client relationships, and ensure the successful delivery of our solutions. Your efforts will help us achieve our growth objectives and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the company's SaaS offerings.
- Build and nurture the team of SDRs through effective communication and trust-building.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of SaaS solutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to inform business strategies.
- Build the sales funnel constantly and facilitate the AE team with closures.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
