About the Job
To supervise, the assigned station in food and beverage service outlet in order to maximize Revenues and guest satisfaction in consistent with Fortune Park Standards.
1. To take food and beverage orders and execute them.
2. To monitor and maintain high standard of quality and speedy service.
3. To strictly adhere to the opening and closing procedures established for the outlet.
4. To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu.
5. To train and coach new recruits through on-the-job-training.
6. To ensure that the service station and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.
