Roles & Responsibilities:
• Configuration of Production & Quality Management Modules
• Preparation of Functional Specification on the Requirement Gather (Business Requirement Document
& Functional Specifications)
• Perform Unit & User Acceptance Testing (with scenarios)
• Collaborate with project/Support teams to define and document business requirements.
• Analyse current production planning and quality management processes to identify opportunities for
improvement and automation using SAP functionality.
• Propose and implement enhancements to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and productivity within the
PP & QM modules.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure proper understanding of concepts and effective
utilization of SAP PP and QM modules.
• Provide user support by troubleshooting issues, resolving errors, and guiding end users in the effective
use of the system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as manufacturing, Product, Marketing, Finance , Sales ,
Procurement, logistics, and quality control to ensure seamless integration of SAP PP and QM modules
with other business processes.
• Assist in integrating SAP PP and QM modules with other SAP modules or external systems as per
business requirement.
• Participate in the testing and validation of system changes, upgrades. enhancements/ customizations
and new functionalities related to SAP PP and QM modules.
• Work with Manufacturing & Quality teams to ensure that all changes meet business requirements
and are thoroughly tested.
• Participate in the configuration, customization, and integration of SAP PP and QM modules to meet
business needs.
• Ensured that all the master data for PP & QM modules are correctly uploaded, after verification by
respective Process Owners / Functional Champions
• Stay updated with industry trends and SAP updates related to production planning and quality
management.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement & implement those within the PP & QM modules
