Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the ABAP development team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions for various SAP modules.

2. Design, develop, and implement complex ABAP solutions using the latest technologies and best practices.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

4. Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to coding standards, development methodologies, and project deadlines.

5. Conduct regular code reviews to ensure optimized performance, maintainability, and adherence to quality standards.

6. Collaborate with functional consultants to identify gaps in the existing system's functionality and propose effective solutions to meet business requirements.

7. Participate in system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and solution deployment activities to ensure smooth and successful implementation.

8. Stay updated with the latest SAP ABAP trends, tools, and techniques, and actively share knowledge with the team.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Minimum [X] years of experience as an SAP ABAP Consultant, with [X] years in a lead or supervisory role.

3. Extensive hands-on experience in SAP ABAP programming, debugging, and performance optimization, with a strong understanding of ABAP Objects and Web Dynpro.

4. Proficient in working with SAP Modules such as FI, CO, SD, MM, and HR.

5. Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori UI, and SAP Cloud Platform would be highly beneficial.

6. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

7. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload while ensuring the team meets project deadlines.

8. A strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.
