Responsibilities and Duties:

 Developing, deploying, and maintaining PHP based web applications.  Create solutions for the backend systems to support users.  Deploy the web applications on various types of production environments (Linux, Windows servers, etc).  Work in coordination with frontend developers in designing architecture and implementing designing strategy  Understand the database architecture and provide necessary optimization of the same.  Review/Improve upon current processes/methodologies.  Monitoring development activities and reporting project progress

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

 Must have 4-5 years of experience in developing web applications using core PHP and WordPress.  Solid knowledge of AJAX, JavaScript, HTML, CSS3, Boostrap.  Sound Knowledge of web deployment concepts, and web services such as REST and SOAP APIs.  Expert knowledge of MySQL and database technologies.  Experience with MVC and OOP design patterns
