JOB DESCRIPTION FOR Sr. TENDERS EXECUTIVE	 	 	 	 Job Description:	 	 Document/Tender processing of each client.	 	 The candidate should be able read and understand the tender document independently.	 	 He should be capable enough to prepare the document in hard copy form or through e- tender process.	 	 Coordinating internally for timely completion of the documents/tender.	 	 Responsible for overseeing timely completion and submission of Tender (Both Physical and E-tender).	 	 Candidate with experience of making Advertising Agency tenders (especially Government Clients) will be given preference.	 	 Knowledge of searching, filling and submitting the documents required for tendering process.	 	 Responding to the query related to the commercial and technical after bid participation.	 	 Follow the bid management process in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements.	 	 Customer co-ordination End to End Communication with customer for PO, tenders, registrations.	 	 Maintaining proper records and weekly reports.	 	 	 	 The Candidate must have:	 	 Very good computer skills – must have knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint), Acrobat (PDF – conversion & merger of documents) Typing, Internet savvy.	 	 Good understanding skills in reading & writing English.	 	 Ability to work in team.	 	 The candidate should have experience of minimum 5 to 6 years in tender documentation work.	 	 4 to 6 years of experience required from same field.
