Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based web applications using JSP technology.

• Design and implement software solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to best coding practices and standards.

• Work with a team of developers to create new features, fix bugs, and improve performance

• Write efficient, reliable, scalable, well-documented, and well-tested code using Java, JSP, and related technologies.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications and provide timely resolutions.

• Perform unit testing and ensure the quality and performance of developed applications.

• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure compliance with coding standards.

• Work with other developers and stakeholders to ensure that applications meet business requirements

• Stay up-to-date on the latest Java technologies 

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in Java development

• Experience with JSP, Servlets, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Proficiency in writing SQL queries and familiarity with database systems.

• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and agile development practices
