Focal Skill,is a team of professionals from various streams, committed to reach out to the youth in the rural & urban region and equip them with the knowledge and skill. Our core responsibility is to empower them with livelihood opportunities and train them to handle business opportunities and future job opportunities using skill development. Our experienced faculty is local and understands the aspirations of youth, have developed a holistic programme which includes personal development, education, and vocational skills development. We understand that it is important to remove the language and culture barriers in the society, provide employable skill and bring down unemployment figure. In align with The Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY), Focal Skill provides financial and employment support to candidates who successfully complete the training programme. Through industry partnerships and associating with live projects, we endeavor to provide hands-on experience to the participants. The initiatives aim to improve the employability of youth including school drop-outs, semi-skilled and unskilled workers. Skill development programmes include basic computer literacy, beautician training, tailoring, and handicrafts.
