BASIC CRITERIA:

• EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: 12th / Graduate (Not hiring engineering graduates & Post graduates)
• Excellent communication skills
• Good typing skills will be an added advantage

JOB ROLE:

Currently we are hiring for the following roles and processes :-

Customer Service Associate / Senior Customer Service Associate

1) Voice Process :

Roles and responsibilities providing customer support over voice.

Excellent communication, negotiation and convincing skills in English are a mandate for the aforementioned role.

2) Chat Process :

Roles and responsibilities may include providing customer support, solving customer queries, and improving customer experience through chat.

Good communication in English and fluent thought process is a mandate for the aforementioned role.
