Job Overview

Flowchem Pharma Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly organized and motivated Executive Assistant to support the senior executives and contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the company. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in a similar role. This is a full-time position based in Yelahanka, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with all levels of the organization.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to anticipate needs and requirements.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the executives' calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and other forms of communication.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate and assist in the preparation of meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Conduct research, collect data, and prepare reports or summaries as required.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain utmost professionalism.
  • Assist in the coordination and follow-up of projects and initiatives.
  • Manage and organize files, records, and documents, both physical and digital.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including preparing expense reports, managing office supplies, and coordinating office logistics.
