Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager QA & QC to oversee our quality assurance and quality control processes. The ideal candidate should have more than 10 years of experience in a similar role. As the Manager QA & QC, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• More than 10 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry API Pharma/ Herbal Life, Extractions, Nutraceuticals.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations, such as FDA, GMP, and ISO standards
• Experience in managing quality control laboratory operations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards
• Manage and oversee the quality control laboratory, including equipment calibration and maintenance
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions
• Train and educate staff on quality control procedures and best practices
• Stay updated with industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure proactive compliance
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to quality control activities, including reports, procedures, and records
• Lead and mentor a team of quality control personnel
