Job Overview

Full-Time Production Chemist/Operator role at Flowchem Pharma Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru. Junior position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of GMP and other regulatory guidelines applicable to pharmaceutical production.
• Familiarity with operating and troubleshooting production equipment - Reactors, Extractors, Centrifuze, Clean Room Activity, Vaccume.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet tight deadlines.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office applications.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform batch production, operation, and maintenance of production equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• Ensure timely completion of production processes while adhering to quality and safety standards.
• Monitor and control production parameters to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Maintain accurate production records, batch documentation, and reports.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, perform routine maintenance, and assist in equipment validation activities.
• Identify areas for process improvements and participate in process optimization initiatives.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures for hygiene, cleanliness, and safety.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain to meet production targets and resolve any issues.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in technologies related to production processes.
