Job Overview


We are seeking a Junior Quality Control professional with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team at Flowchem Pharma Pvt Ltd. As a Quality Control specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our pharmaceutical products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This is a full-time position based in Hindupur, Andhra Pradesh, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in quality control within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Familiarity with quality control techniques, methods, and regulations in the pharmaceutical sector
  • Proficient in using laboratory equipment and conducting various analytical tests
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of relevant software applications for data analysis and reporting


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Perform quality control tests and inspections on pharmaceutical products to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Document and report any deviations from quality specifications and recommend corrective actions
  • Conduct routine analyses and testing to assess product quality, purity, and stability
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure calibration and validation are up to date
  • Participate in investigations of quality incidents and implement appropriate preventive and corrective actions
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality control processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and provide technical support
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to quality control
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment
