This is a high ownership and experimental mindset driven role which would also give you an opportunity to come up with fresh ideas and thus impact the revenue and impact of the brand in a significant manner. ● Build, engage and manage a community of real estate agents, builders, architects, interior designs and other possible associates who are possible stakeholders in space discovery, design and build ecosystem. ● Advise partners on technical matters and recommends appropriate solutions ● Probe the requirements of the partners by building a healthy rapport on-call ● Construct presales pitches and presentations. ● Meet productivity metrics as per management team’s directions. ● Serve as a customer service rep for customers who have questions or difficulties. ● Create daily / weekly / monthly reports as per defined SOP ● Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of the line of business and associated competition ● Maintain awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing trends, industry developments and market updates ● Conduct cold calls to prospective clients, qualify the requirements and set appointments for the sales team to pursue Desired Candidate & Skills: ● Graduates with min. 2 Years work experience in the US process. ● Prior calling and lead generation experience is a must. ● Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise to meet daily, weekly, and long-term requirements and goals
