We are hiring the Controller with minimum 6 months of experience with excel knowledge and basic knowledge in Liquor management

1.The person should know about Liquor management

2.Should manage the inventory management

3.Good knowledge on Recipe management

4.Prepare the daily and monthly cost report department in relation to cost of sales

5.Good knowledge on store management

6.Check the daily Food & Beverage revenues report submitted by the income audit for the accuracy of covers and average check

7.Check and cross verify if all sales have been transferred correctly to the property management system

8.Check and verify voids in the pos systems

9.Control the Food and Beverage outlets in terms of wastage, pilferage and efficiency
