Job Description:

Education - Graduate (any15 year education)

Experience- Fresher and Experience are considerable

Languages: - English (versant 5) + Hindi/Marathi/Gujarati

Good communication,

Salary - 17880 + 2000 fixed incentive

Languages: - English (versant 5) + Any Language,

Salary - 15,000+2000 fixed incentive,

Week off - 5 days working 2 days rotational week off

Shift - Boys (Rotational shift ) / Girls (6am to 8pm) Any 9 hrs

Languages: - English (versant 5) + Any Language

Salary – 13,750

Languages: - English (versant 5) + Any Language

Salary – 12,500

Week off - 6 days working 1 days rotational week off

Shift - Boys (Rotational shift ) / Girls (6am to 8pm) Any 9 hrs

Work window - 7AM to 8 PM

Roles and Responsibilities:

Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.

Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.

Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.

Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.

Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
