Job Title: Talent Acquisition & Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition (80%)

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles by leveraging job portals, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
  • Proactively source candidates, screen applications, and conduct interviews to identify top talent.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions and hiring strategies.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding processes to ensure an excellent candidate experience.

HR & Operational Support (20%)

  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases.
  • Assist with payroll processes, compliance, and policy implementation.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling.
  • Help coordinate performance reviews and training sessions.


Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment roles.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment tools, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage operational HR tasks efficiently and confidentially.
