About the role

We are seeking a Fund Operations Executive to oversee and manage all fund-related activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth fund operations, executing investor documentation, and maintaining compliance with SEBI guidelines.

As a Fund Operations Exectuive, you will be responsible for:

·      Manage the contribution agreement signing process with investors.

·      Prepare and issue drawdown notices and other fund-related communications.

·      Oversee the fund’s capital call process and ensure timely execution.

·      Maintain and update investor records, fund statements, and transaction documentation.

·      Ensure regulatory compliance with SEBI and other relevant authorities.

·      Assist in preparing fund performance reports and investor presentations.

·      Coordinate with banks, legal teams, and auditors for fund operations.

·      Support the internal team in fund structuring, investor onboarding, and reconciliations.

·      Handle KYC and due diligence processes for investors and stakeholders.

·      Stay updated on regulatory developments and ensure compliance with SEBI AIF regulations.

A Qualified Candidate Should have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in fund operations, AIF management, investment banking, or wealth management.
• Strong knowledge of SEBI AIF regulations and fund compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, financial reporting, and investor management tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
