Why This Role Matters:

As a Community Executive, you will be the face of our co-working space, ensuring an exceptional experience for all members and visitors. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, building strong community relationships, and maintaining a welcoming and productive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Member Engagement: Build positive relationships with members, addressing their needs and enhancing their experience.

·      Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors, manage inquiries, and ensure a smooth check-in process.

·      Community Management: Organize and coordinate community events, networking sessions, and other activities.

·      Facility Management: Oversee the cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of the workspace.

·      Issue Resolution: Handle member complaints and issues promptly and efficiently.

·      Administrative Support: Assist with billing, membership inquiries, and other administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Requirements:

·      Education: Recent graduates in Hotel Management or related fields preferred.

·      Experience: Freshers or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in the Hospitality sector are encouraged to apply.

·      Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

·      Personality: Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour.

·      Location Preference: Candidates based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate.

·      Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred.
