Education: BE Mechanical / Automobile / Production, ME/ MTech in Mechanical

FEA Tools: FEMFAT, n-code, Hypermesh, LS-dyna, LS-Prepost, Hyperview

Technical Skills:

1.   Capable of carrying out seat system fatigue loadcases in FEA using either FEMFAT or n-Code tool. 

2.   Experienced in performing seat structural and vibration fatigue analysis like Seat structure durability, Jounce & Squirm durability, Seat sub-system loadcases like Latch durability, Bolster durability, HR durability, Map pocket etc.

3.    Experienced in co-relating physical durability test and FEA results.

4.   Capable of performing seat FEA model building, model setup, load setup, detail results post-processing using different CAE tools. 

5.   Technically very proficient in mechanical design principles and durability fundamentals.

6.   Good understanding about fatigue solvers, self interest in FEA and always ready to improve his/her CAE capabilities.

7.   Detail-oriented approach in carry out seating system FEA. 

Other Skills:

1.   Very good at verbal and written communication skills. Experienced enough of directly interacting with Offshore customers independently.

2.   Right approach towards project with ownership. 

3.   Flexible to work in different shifts based on work requirement.

4.   Good soft skills in creating presentation, excel documentation, data handling, time management etc.
