We are seeking experienced Emergency Room Nurses (ER Nurses) with a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, along with EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) experience. As an ER Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to patients in our busy emergency department. Your expertise in emergency nursing and EMT skills will be instrumental in assessing, stabilizing, and treating patients during critical medical situation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Assessment: Perform rapid and comprehensive assessments of patients upon arrival, including vital signs, medical history, and the nature of the emergency.
2. Triage: Utilize your clinical judgment to prioritize patient care based on the severity of their condition, ensuring timely interventions for critical cases.
3. Emergency Care: Administer immediate care to patients, including resuscitation, wound care, medication administration, and monitoring of critical conditions.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, surgeons, and other nursing staff, to ensure coordinated care and decision-making.
5. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including assessments, treatments, medications, and progress notes.
6. Patient Education: Provide clear and concise instructions to patients and their families regarding their conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
7. Equipment Management: Proficiently use and maintain emergency medical equipment and supplies, ensuring their readiness for immediate use.
8. Adherence to Protocols: Follow established clinical protocols and emergency response guidelines to provide safe and effective care.
9. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest advancements in emergency nursing and EMT practices through ongoing education and training.
10. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards, including patient confidentiality and infection control.

Qualifications:

• BSC Nursing
• Active RN (Registered Nurse) license in [Specify State].
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an RN, with a focus on emergency nursing.
• EMT certification or significant EMT experience is required.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications are mandatory.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
