We are seeking a highly motivated Telesales Executive to join our team at Finderbro. As a Telesales Executive, your role will involve contacting potential clients via telephone and promoting our recruitment services. You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals over the phone. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities

Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Self-motivated and target-driven attitude

Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems

Good knowledge of the recruitment industry

Ability to work well in a team

Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field

Roles and Responsibilities

Contact potential clients via telephone to promote recruitment services

Generate leads and identify potential prospects

Qualify leads and conduct initial screening of candidates

Provide information about our recruitment services and answer client inquiries

Maintain a database of client interactions and follow up on leads

Negotiate and close deals over the phone

Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

Collaborate with the recruitment team to match candidates with suitable job openings

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition
