Roles and Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and support to clients through voice calls

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate resolutions

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant teams

Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends

Adhere to company's defined service standards and targets
