Filmboard is a new-age B2B marketplace set to disrupt the way audio-visual content is made in India. At the cutting edge of this disruption is technological innovation and extensive feet-on-street. Filmboard will change the way films are made in India.

The Brief

Being a marketplace, we engage with two sides of the business:

Sellers-

These we refer to as service providers and are divided into 4 Categories

1. Talent (Actor, Model, Writer, etc)

2. Crew (Post-Production, Production, Sound, etc)

3. Locations (Bungalow, Ready Set, Live Location)

4. Services (Equipment, Production services, Studios)

Buyers-

Buyer can be any Filmmaker/Producer or a Production House, etc.

Who is looking to use these services to make any kind of audio-visual content! (Feature film, Digital video, Ad film, Documentary, Short film, Web series, TV series, Music videos, Animated films etc.)

Therefore, we register/onboard users from all the seller and buyer categories. This involves communicating with people with different profiles and background extensively. Therefore, this program is meant for someone who loves to talk to people in general and this skill comes natural to them. Or you don’t have it but would like to develop it. Good communication is one of the most important skills for a successful career.

Critical Job Requirements

Knowledge & Skills:

- Experience in Start Ups.

- Experience in Online portal businesses (6 months to 1 year).

- Knowledge of the geography.

- Having had experience in event/media/film industry is an added advantage.

- Social media savvy - knows how to work on various social media groups and communities.
