We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the core AI algorithms and technologies powering our Gen AI application. You'll collaborate closely with the founding team to design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions, with a focus on the Vision based models and advancing the capabilities of our Gen AI application.

Responsibilities:

● Design and implement state-of-the-art algorithms and models for image and video content generation, leveraging cutting-edge techniques in generative AI and diffusion models.

● Drive prompt engineering efforts to optimize input conditioning for generating visually compelling and high-quality image and video content using Stable Diffusion.

● Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to integrate AI-driven content generation features into our application, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.

● Conduct experiments and fine-tuning of diffusion-based models to improve content quality, diversity, and relevance to specific use cases.

● Develop and maintain scalable pipelines for processing, training, and fine-tuning diffusion models on large datasets, including images, videos, and associated metadata.

● Stay informed about the latest advancements in generative AI, diffusion models, and related research, and proactively apply relevant techniques to enhance our technology stack.

● Actively participate in cross-functional discussions and contribute to the overall technical and strategic direction of the company in the generative AI domain.

Qualifications:

● Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on machine learning, generative AI, or computer vision.

● Proven experience (3+ years) in developing generative AI applications, with expertise in fine-tuning and deploying diffusion-based models (e.g., Stable Diffusion) for image and video generation.

● Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, along with experience using relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Hugging Face Diffusers, OpenCV).

● Deep understanding of generative AI techniques, including latent diffusion models, image synthesis, video generation, and multimodal content generation.

● Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling complex challenges in the Gen AI content creation space.

● Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary team environment.

● Prior experience in a startup environment or as a founding team member is preferred but not required.
