1.Dealing with clients, architects, interior designers, builder's footfalls at the store for ensuring sales- business generation and meeting sales goals.

2. Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.

3. Monitoring the financial performance of the store

4. Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling

expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

5. Protects employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store

environment.

6. Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program,

operational, and personnel policies and procedures.

7. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

8. Coordination with Visual Merchandiser

9. Timely suggestions and changes in the display of the articles

10. Best utilization of space in the store

11. Following the colour theme and make the store attractive.

12. Ensuring the availability of the products which is high in demand.

13. Training & motivation to the team in order to achieve the individual and store target.

Required Skills:
