Job Overview

We are seeking an Executive Retail Store Manager for our furniture division, with location flexibility in New Delhi or Gurgaon. This full-time position requires a professional with 4 to 6 years of work experience, specializing in B2C sales, business development management, and networking with architects and interior designers. The ideal candidate will lead and manage store operations, ensuring alignment with Featherfern’s business strategies and client needs.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 4 years' experience in retail management or a related field, specifically within the furniture industry, ensuring optimal store performance.

  • Familiarity and experience in dealing with architects and interior designers to align store offerings with market trends.
