Job Title: Supervisor – Labour & Operations Management

Location: Gokuldham Mahatirth, Jhajjar (Animal Hospital & Gaushala)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations and manage labour teams at Gokuldham Mahatirth. The role involves supervising workers engaged in animal care, shelter maintenance, and related activities, ensuring smooth operations, discipline, and efficiency in alignment with our mission of Gau Seva.

Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of labour staff.
• Assign duties and monitor performance to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and proper work schedules of workers.
• Oversee cleaning, feeding, and shelter maintenance operations.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and compliance with standards.
• Provide training and guidance to labour staff on work methods and responsibilities.
• Act as a point of contact between management and workers for communication and issue resolution.
• Prepare basic reports on manpower utilization, daily activities, and work progress.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate / Diploma or equivalent (experience may be considered).
• Proven experience in labour supervision or operational management (preferably in farms, gaushalas, factories, or similar settings).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to maintain discipline, motivate staff, and resolve conflicts.
• Good organizational and reporting skills.
• Willingness to work in field/onsite conditions as required.
