Job Overview:

We are inviting applications from freshers and early-career professionals in Livestock Assistance / Veterinary Sciences (LSA, VLDA, LA, LEO) for an internship with guaranteed placement at Gokuldham Mahatirth. This role focuses on the care, treatment, and well-being of cows and other livestock. The position offers hands-on training in animal healthcare, rescue, nutrition, and welfare management, aligned with our mission of Gau Seva.

Key Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

• Assist in the rescue, treatment, and rehabilitation of cows and livestock.
• Provide first aid, vaccinations, and routine health check-ups.
• Support veterinarians in diagnosis, treatment, and medical procedures.
• Maintain medical records, vaccination schedules, and treatment history.
• Monitor livestock health, nutrition, and hygiene on a daily basis.
• Oversee fodder management and proper shelter conditions.
• Educate and guide staff/volunteers on best animal care practices.
• Ensure compliance with animal welfare standards and guidelines.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Veterinary Sciences / Livestock Assistance (VLDA, LSA, LA, LEO or equivalent qualification).
• Freshers are encouraged to apply (internship with training will be provided).
• Knowledge of livestock handling, vaccination schedules, and nutrition (preferred).
• Strong commitment to animal welfare and compassionate care.
• Ability to work in field conditions and respond to emergencies.
