JOB DESCRIPTION- TRAVEL SALES CONSULTANT


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Engage with Customers to understand their travel preferences.

 Handling Customer service & Sales Calls from US Customers.

 Google Campaign Calls & Meta Camp. (US domestic/International)

 Maintain a high level of exposure for the airline through direct sales

 Follow up with customers and clients for existing reservations.

 Sell/cross-sell travel related services (Flights, Hotel, Car, Travel)


REQUIREMENTS:

 Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.

 Sales driven with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.

 A positive, confident, and determined approach.

 Should be a team player

 Good knowledge of GDS (Amadeus) & Airport Codes (Preferred)

 Excellent Geographical knowledge.
