Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team at FantasyCult in Mumbai. - Proficient in using HR software and tools for efficient management of data and analytics, enabling informed decision-making processes.

- Experience in developing training programs and initiatives that boost employee skills and drive organizational success.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring alignment with the company's needs and culture.
