Role Overview

We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house team. You will be responsible for bringing our brand to life visually across digital and print platforms—from social media creatives and ad campaigns to packaging, product labels, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually engaging content for social media, email campaigns, website, and ads
• Develop packaging and label designs aligned with brand guidelines
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to translate concepts into visuals
• Ensure consistency of brand visuals across all touchpoints
• Adapt and resize creatives for multiple platforms/formats
• Stay updated with design trends in the beauty, skincare, and D2C space

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• 2–4 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer (preferably in D2C, beauty, or lifestyle brands)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Working knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other design tools is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
• Portfolio showcasing past work is mandatory
