Role & responsibilities
· Learn and understand the products and services offered by the company.
· Assist Key Account Managers in identifying and prospecting potential clients within the enterprise sector.
· Participate in sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients under the guidance of experienced team members.
· Support the development and execution of sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
· Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to address client needs and enhance the overall customer experience.
· Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
