Qualifications and Skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
• Supervise and guide construction staff, providing necessary training and support
• Monitor the progress of construction works and address any issues that may arise
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety records
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise during construction projects
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage and allocate resources effectively to optimize project outcomes
