Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Civil Site Supervisor to join our team. The Civil Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety regulations. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in civil site supervision and possess strong leadership and communication skills. This is a full-time position located in Ernakulam, Kerala, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in civil site supervision
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Attention to detail and time management skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate construction activities at site according to project plans and specifications
• Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Supervise and manage construction workers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure efficient utilization of resources
• Work closely with the project manager to identify and address any issues or concerns
• Prepare daily progress reports and update project documentation
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being carried out as per specifications
• Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise at the construction site
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Ensure project requirements are met and delivered within budget
