Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our surgical disposable 

products and services 

Identify potential customers and generate new sales leads in the healthcare 

industry 

Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare 

professionals 

Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes to potential customers 

Negotiate and close sales deals with customers 

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and 

key decision-makers 

Provide excellent customer service and support, including post-sales support 

Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and 

product delivery 

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the healthcare 

industry 

Attend industry events…

Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 

Proven track record in sales, with at least 1-2 years of experience in a 

similar role within the surgical disposable industry is an added advantage.  

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build 

strong relationships with healthcare professionals 

Strong negotiation and closing skills 

Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software  

Willingness to travel as required to meet customers and attend industry 

events 

Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
