We are looking for a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries; a Great place to kick-start your carrier and a whole lot of opportunities to learn.
Responsibilities
• Manage inbound calls and emails on time
• Follow communication guidelines when handling different topics
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way.
• Frequently attend a training session to improve knowledge and performance level
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements
• Fresher or previous experience in a customer support role
• Good phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening (Training will be provided)
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to manage time effectively
• US Shift (Night Shift India Time)
Shift Timings:
8 Hours Shift and the Timings are as follows:
6 PM - 2 AM
7 PM - 3 AM
8 PM - 4 AM
9 PM - 5 AM
10 PM - 6 AM
11 PM - 7 AM
12 - AM 8 AM
